Your data, and leaving

Avartix works for your business. So your business number and your customers stay yours, and you can leave at any time. Here is exactly what that means.

What belongs to you

Your business WhatsApp number. Avartix connects to it. It is never moved into an Avartix account.
Your customers and their details, such as names, phone numbers and bookings. Avartix keeps them only to run the service for you.
Your business information, such as services, timings and answers you wrote.

Take your data any time

Sign in to the Avartix web app at app.avartix.in.
Open Customers.
Press Download customer list (CSV). The file opens in Google Sheets or Excel.

Need something else, such as your bookings? Write to [email protected] and we will send it to you.

If you stop

You are never locked in. Plans are monthly. Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance is optional and earns a discount.
When you stop, the assistant stops answering and nothing more is posted for you. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back, and you can download it during that time.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to [email protected].
Your customers can stop our messages at any time by replying STOP.

Money you put in for ads

Ad money goes straight to Meta or Google for your ads, and only after you approve each ad. Ask us before you add money if you want to know how unused ad money is handled.

How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy. The rules for using the service are in our terms of use. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.
