WhatsApp booking for clinics
Most patients already use WhatsApp. avartix lets a clinic take appointment bookings and answer repeat questions there, so the front desk is not tied to the phone all day.
How a patient books
The patient messages the clinic's WhatsApp number and chooses a day, a time of day and a free slot from simple menus. Two patients can never be booked into the same slot. Each doctor's own timings are respected. The patient picks English, Telugu or Hindi, and everything after that follows their choice.
Reminders and changes
Patients get a reminder before the visit and can confirm, change the time or cancel with one tap. This helps reduce missed appointments. The clinic sees every booking in a list in the web app.
Answers from the clinic's own facts
The assistant answers questions about timings, doctors, services and fees using only what the clinic entered.
Safe by design for clinics
- It never gives medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.
- If a message sounds urgent, the patient is told to call the clinic or go to the nearest hospital.
- Patients are told they are talking to an automated assistant.
- It keeps only what is needed: a phone number and a booking time, not medical records or private details. Patients should not send health records in the chat.
- Posts for clinics get extra checks, so they avoid cure claims, guarantees, before and after claims and patient testimonials.
Posting for the clinic
avartix can also write and design Instagram and Facebook posts for the clinic. The clinic owner approves each one on WhatsApp before it goes live.
What avartix does not do
- It does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
- It does not post or spend ad money without the business owner's approval.
- It does not promise income, bookings or any result.
- It does not replace the business owner or the staff: it handles the repeat questions and the posting so people can do the work only they can do.
